I have been in customer service all my life. In 1978 I landed the glamorous job of International Airline Ticket Agent for Trans World Airlines and spent my first summer in that industry working in baggage service. It was the very best training a person could get in listening and negotiating. While I loved the job I could not afford the seasonal layoffs and this sent me straight to the National Institute of Real Estate. I got my license just in time for a huge recession! Interest rates were a staggering 15%! I learned a lot in that market! After many years in corporate sales for the transportation and moving industries I decided to that I would be the one to measure my own success and came to Real Estate full time in September of 2005 at the end of the red hot Sellers market.
